В СКЛАДІ АСОЦІАЦІЇ ПЛАТНИКІВ ПОДАТКІВ УКРАЇНИ ВІДБУЛИСЯ ВАЖЛИВІ ЗМІНИ
З 08 грудня 2025 року за результатами рішення членів Правління, яке відбулося 03 грудня цього року, позаштатним Радником, на громадських засадах, Президента Асоціації платників податків України, Грігола Катамадзе призначений Майкл Швартсман (Michael Shwartsman).
Майкл Швартсман є чинним Президентом та головним аналітиком корпорації Американська Група Оцінки і Капіталізації Бізнесу (American Business Valuation Group (AmBVG)). Він має понад 35 років досвіду у сфері оцінки компаній, інвестицій та технологій, є сертифікованим оцінювачем бізнесу та куратором моніторингу ризиків для низки інститутів та компаній у США та за їх межами. Прийнявши пропозицію Президента Асоціації Грігола Катамадзе, стати його позаштатним Радником на громадських засадах, Майкл Швартсман підтвердив своє поважне ставлення до українського бізнесу та готовність підтримати процеси відновлення економіки у непростий для країни період.
На початковому етапі його діяльність, як Радника, буде зосереджена на наступних завданнях:
* надання членам Асоціації систематизованої інформації про інвестиційні тенденції;
* створення комунікаційного майданчика для роботи з питаннями корпоративних фінансів, оцінки, ризиків, іноземних інвестицій та трансферу технологій;
* підготовка рекомендацій, спрямованих на підвищення готовності членів Асоціації до залучення іноземних інвестицій у післявоєнний період.
Участь Майкла Швартсмана також сприятиме зміцненню робочих зв’язків Асоціації платників податків України з Асоціацією платників податків США, Всесвітньою асоціацією платників податків та Асоціацією платників податків Європи.
Другим важливим позитивним рішенням, яке прийнято Радою Асоціації 05 грудня цього року — було збільшення кількості членів Правління Асоціації платників податків України до десяти. Відтепер, починаючи з 08 грудня 2025 року, Назарій Волянський, за якого одноголосно проголосували всі члени Ради, являється діючим членом Правління Асоціації. Не зважаючи на досить молодий вік, Назарій Волянський, має достатньо міжнародного досвіду співпраці з бізнесом, державою, інвестиціями з питань стратегічних комунікацій. Сьогодні Назарій Волянський співпрацює з урядовими структурами, міжнародними компаніями, фінансовими інституціями та лідерами думок в Україні, Польщі, ЄС та США. З моменту обрання Назарія Волянського членом Правління Асоціації, йому доручено очолювати відповідний напрямок роботи Асоціації платників податків України.
Одноголосно прийняті та ухвалені відповідні рішення, відіграватимуть важливу роль на міжнародній арені розвитку відносин Асоціації платників податків України з іноземними партнерами, що сприятиме відновленню української економіки.
Important changes have taken place in the composition of the Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine.
Starting from December 08, 2025, according to the decision of the Board members, which took place on December 03 this year, Michael Shwartsman was appointed as a pro bono Advisor to the President of the Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine, Grigol Katamadze.
Michael Shwartsman is the current President and Chief Analyst of American Business Valuation Group (AmBVG Corporation). He has more than 35 years of experience in company, investment and technology valuation, is a certified business valuer and risk monitor for a number of institutions and companies in the United States and abroad. By accepting EBA President Grigol Katamadze’s offer to become his pro bono Advisor, Michael Shwartsman is the President and Chief Analyst of American Business Valuation Group (AmBVG) LLC. With more than 35 years of experience in valuations of corporations, investments, and technologies, he is a certified business appraser and valuation analyst who has conducted hundreds valuations, corporate finance and intellectual property assessments for many institutions and companies in the United States and abroad. By accepting EBA President’s Grigol Katamadze’s offer to become a President’s Advisor on pro bono basis, Michael Shwartsman has displayed his deep respect for Ukrainian business aspirations and his readiness to assist in the country’s the economic recovery efforts during the current difficult times and during the peacetime reconstruction.
Initially, his activities as an Advisor will be focused on the following tasks:
* providing members of the Association with systematized information on investment trends;
* creating a communication platform for dealing with corporate finance, valuation, risks, foreign investment, and technology transfer;
* Preparation of recommendations aimed at increasing the readiness of EBA members to attract foreign investment in the post-war period.
Michael Shwartsman participation will also contribute to strengthening the working relations of the Ukrainian Taxpayers Association with the US Taxpayers Association, the World Taxpayers Association and the European Taxpayers Association.
The second important positive decision made by the Board of the Association on December 5 this year was to increase the number of members of the Board of the Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine to ten. From now on, starting from December 8, 2025, Nazariy Volyansky, who was unanimously voted for by all members of the Board, is an active member of the Association’s Board. Despite his rather young age, Nazariy Volyansky has sufficient international experience of cooperation with business, government, and investments on strategic communications.
Today, Nazariy Volyansky cooperates with government agencies, international companies, financial institutions and opinion leaders in Ukraine, Poland, the EU and the USA. Since his election to the Board of the Association, Nazariy Volyansky has been entrusted with the responsibility of leading the relevant area of work of the Ukrainian Taxpayers Association.
The unanimously adopted and approved decisions will play an important role in the international arena in the development of relations between the Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine and foreign partners, which will contribute to the recovery of the Ukrainian economy.
