A regular working meeting of representatives of the expert community of Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine, Security Service of Ukraine, State Tax Service of Ukraine, Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Cyberpolice Department of the National Police of Ukraine and business with LIGA ZAKON took place on the basis of UNGO «Taxpayers Association of Ukraine»

On June 14, 2022, a regular working group of representatives of the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, the Cyberpolice Department of the National Police of Ukraine, the State Tax Service of Ukraine, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, LIGA ZAKON and other business representatives took place on the basis of the Taxpayers Association of Ukraine. In today’s conditions, the issue of strengthening the institutional capacity of law enforcement agencies is an urgent need, the solution of which is not possible without cooperation with business. The main methodological foundation of such cooperation is the risk-oriented approach, the basic element of which is risk assessment. Risk assessment is an important basis for their management and construction in the country, systemic guarantees of sustainability of government, defense-industrial and transport complexes, the national communications system, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, critical infrastructure, economic, informational, scientific and technical potential.

There is a need to outline a common vision of the risk base, as well as an understanding of what risks need to be considered, mitigated, and leveled. As noted earlier, the work of the working group is aimed at developing markers and systems of risk indicators, based on the structure of available registers and data sets, namely: Contragent, Open Сorporates — 260 million companies in 140 jurisdictions, Corporate House — United Kingdom, Unified State Register of Legal Entities — Russian Federation, Open Sanctions — sanctions lists, Open Ownership — beneficiaries of many companies around the world. Such work will result in help of promotion of the reasonable use of mechanisms of counterintelligence, regime, preventive and criminal law influence on sources of threats and factors contributing to criminalization of the economy, intelligence, terrorist and other activities of special services of foreign states, as well as organizations, individual groups and individuals who work to the detriment of state and economic security of Ukraine..
