Dear colleagues!
The damned war has been going on for 15 days. Every day our heroic defenders destroy the occupiers, already 13000 in personel, hundreds of tanks, armored personnel carriers, dozens of planes and helicopters… columns of refugees were shot and people’s destinies destroyed. And the number will increase day by day, but it is an absolutely meager payment for the killing of our innocent children, the destruction of hospitals, the bombing of maternity hospitals and schools, the shooting of refugee columns and the destruction of people’s lives.
Today, Ukrainian cities and their inhabitants find themselves in the same blockade and with the same threat of death as the blockaders of Leningrad in World War II, only now this violence is being perpetrated by the Russian government, which is brutally starving Ukrainian cities. Kharkiv, Mariupol, Kherson, Kyiv and dozens of other cities and regions are trapped, in real hell! Russian fascism turned out to be much more infamous than fascism, engaging in cynical terror, taking innocent children hostage, and all this in front of the whole world.
Today, the Ukrainian people, large families, pregnant women, children, the elderly are forced to hide in the subway, basements and bomb shelters. People are dying, children are crying, women are giving birth in basements, every day peaceful Ukrainians are fighting for their lives.
Ukraine has proposed a humanitarian corridor to and from Mariupol and a ceasefire for at least a day, but the occupiers do not agree.
Ukrainian and foreign politicians, citizens and the military demand an immediate «closed sky» over Ukraine so that Russian aircraft cannot attack us.
However, NATO is adamant: this is impossible because it will lead to World War III.
Frankly, this is a cowardly position of the organization, which was previously considered the strongest military alliance in the world and it caused a lot of dissatisfaction.
Moreover, not only Ukrainians but also citizens all over the world understand the need to «close the sky» over Ukraine. This is evidenced by the results of the signing of the Petition to «close the sky», which in a few days received the required million votes and significantly exceeded this figure.
The Ukrainian army is still shooting down enemy planes and missiles on its own, but unfortunately not all of them. The Russian military bombs peaceful cities from planes, and missiles fired from Russia and Belarus hit not only military facilities but also the homes of civilian Ukrainians.
Is it not clear that «closing the sky» over Ukraine will not only reduce the destruction of Ukrainian cities, but will stop the mass killings of civilians, children are killed by rockets and bombs.
To prevent further destruction and death, the Armed Forces lacks weapons — air defense systems and fighter jets.
Countries that are friendly towards Ukraine are ready to provide such weapons. In particular, on March 1, the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced that Poland, Bulgaria and Slovakia had decided to hand over almost 70 Sukhoi Su-25 and Mikoyan MiG-29 fighter jets to our country. However, the issue is beaing resolved for more than a week, which is unacceptable in the active phase of hostilities.
Poland has 24 Mikoyan MiG-29 fighter jets in good technical condition. Similar aircraft, by the way, are in the service of the Air Force of Bulgaria and Romania.
The transfer / sale of these aircraft to Ukraine would currently seriously protect our skies from Russian aircraft carrying out missile and bomb attacks, including on civilian targets.
If NATO isn’t planning to close the sky, at least provide equipment — we will protect our skies without their personal involvement.
«Mariupol. Direct strike of Russian troops on the maternity hospital. People under the rubble. Children under the rubble. This is atrocity! How much longer will the world be complicit in ignoring terror? Close the sky immediately! Stop the killings now! You have power. But it seems that you are losing humanity, » — said our President Volodymyr Zelensky.
Everyone admires the heroism of the Ukrainian people in the fight against the aggressor, but they want to «run with the hare and hunt with the hounds».
The economic sanctions imposed are so far a direct blow only to the wallets of those who have been well «fed» by the Putin regime. They have accumulated enough money in 20 years to make wallets not just ‘fat» but «seversely obese» with cash, and absence of their yachts won’t make them go extict. The devaluation of savings, the fall of the exchange rate — this is about the middle class, which in the Russian-fascist state of the Stalinist type is ready to become very poor, just so they wont get arrested.
According to Bloomberg, Germany is the main country that is resisting attempts by the European Union to impose sanctions on Russia’s largest bank, Sberbank, and Russia’s energy sector.
We have been defending our state for the 15th day. We persevered, we did not become slaves. And we never will. Thanks to the efforts of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Russian fascists did not achieve any success in any of the areas.
You can help us stop the terrible war. Because we ourselves cannot stop it if the aggressor country does not have the desire to do so.

For the second week in a row, such a global organization has been ignoring our numerous appeals for help in stopping the terrible war in Ukraine.
It seems that you choose to quietly «sit back and watch» our children die.
We do not see any activity on your part, we are very upset that the world organization of your level is inactive, aren’t you the ones who quote Edmund Burke on your official website – «The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.»
We appeal to you for the seventh time! Dear colleagues, help with the vital things for Ukraine:
- help to close the sky over Ukraine;
- assist in deciding on the transfer of Su-25 and MiG-29 combat aircraft to our country;
- aid in immediate tripartite consultations with IAEA, Ukraine and Russia experts on nuclear safety.
Do everything possible and impossible to save our children!
